Welcome to Wolfe's 3D Prints. By using this website - sending a print request, creating an account, or uploading or downloading files - you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
What this site is
Wolfe's 3D Prints is a small, non-commercial website for family and invited friends. The request form lets anyone ask about a custom print; the print library is private and invite-only. A print request is just that - a request. It is not an order or a purchase, and it doesn't guarantee the item will be made, or any particular timeline.
Accounts
Library access requires an account and an invite code. Keep your password to yourself and use accurate information when you register. You're responsible for activity under your account. The site operator may suspend or remove accounts that misuse the site.
Your files and models
You keep full ownership of anything you upload. By uploading a model file to the library, you give the site permission to store it and to show and share it with other signed-in members - that's the point of the library. Only upload files you created or have the right to share. You can ask for your files to be removed at any time by emailing admin@wolfes3dprints.com, and the operator may remove any file at any time.
Print requests
Describe what you'd like as accurately as you can. Requests are handled personally and may be accepted, declined, or followed up with questions at the operator's discretion. Any arrangements beyond the request itself (including any payment, if ever) happen directly between you and the operator, outside this website.
Copyright and takedowns
We respect designers' rights. If you believe a file on this site infringes your copyright, email admin@wolfes3dprints.com with your name and contact details, which work is yours, and which file on the site you believe infringes it. We will review promptly and remove infringing material. Members who repeatedly upload material that isn't theirs to share may lose their accounts.
Acceptable use
Don't use the site to upload or request anything unlawful, harmful, or that infringes someone else's rights; don't upload malware or spam; don't try to access other members' accounts or disrupt the site. Downloaded models are for your own personal use unless the model's own license says otherwise.
No warranties
The site is provided "as is", as a hobby project, without warranties of any kind. Printed items are provided as described in person between you and the operator; to the fullest extent allowed by law, the operator isn't liable for any damages arising from use of the site or items requested through it.

Changes and governing law
These terms may be updated; the current version will always be posted here with its date. These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
